This tool is made especially to cook over the fire. It is a flat perforated oblong piece of 304 stainless steel approximately 14"x20". There is a roll guard around three sides to keep your food from sliding off and into the campfire.
The stand supporting the grille has four bars, which are double welded into a flat plate that steps into the ground. It also has a center support for the grille. The support extends…giving the grille adjustable heights (10 inches up or down). The grille can be locked into place by lock nuts and loosened to allow the grille to swing away from the campfire.
Note: The stand is the same as for the Rotisserie. All you would need is the sleeve to make it work with this item.
