We are excited to introduce our NEW product to you, the Salmon/Steak Grille. Just open it up, place your food inside, and cook it over the fire or grill. Made mostly of perforated stainless steel, the Salmon/Steak Grille works great for fish, steaks and vegetables.
The entire product is made of stainless steel except for the wooden handle. The grille come in two different size handles, one being longer for use over open campfire pits and one with a shorter handle to rest 
on your gas or charcoal grill. The largest size is l0" x l6" and l.5" in depth with a handle 36" long which includes an l8" wood handle to hold the grille over the fire. The other size is 8" x l4"and l" in depth with a handle measuring l6.75" --the wood portion of the handle included in this length is 6". The large grille weighs 10 lbs and the smaller one weighs 5 lbs.
Before grilling, we recommend spraying the entire cooking surface with a cooking oil (example PAM) or brushing with olive oil to help prevent sticking.
